We want to thank all our clients and friends for your overwhelming support & messages whilst we have been away from the salon. We hope you and your families have remained safe and in good health over this period and are really looking forward to welcoming you back from Tuesday 13th April.
As you would expect, the Health, Safety & Welfare of everyone who visits The Green is our absolute priority. We have introduced new Health & Safety Guidelines to ensure your wellbeing but will be working hard to ensure that your experience at The Green is as enjoyable as ever and you leave us with the beautiful hair that you have been waiting for.
Health & Wellbeing
/. We understand that you are in close physical contact with your stylists and therefore The Green Team will be screened daily with a health assessment and a recorded temperature check when they arrive at the salon.
/ If any of our clients have any Covid 19 symptoms in the last 24 hours, they will be refused and asked to rebook after 14 days.
Hygiene & Safety Precautions
/. The team will all be provided with the correct PPE and will wear visors throughout the working day.
/. We welcome all clients to wear masks during their visit however this is not compulsory.
/. The team have all completed industry standard hygiene training.
/. Every station will be thoroughly cleansed between clients. All hot spots will be regularly cleansed with approved anti-bacterial spray. All equipment and tools will be thoroughly cleaned with Barbicide Anti Bacterial approved disinfectant.
/ Hand sanitation will be requested on entrance and throughout the salon we will have hand sanitiser available.
/ There will be an empty chair between each station so that we can manage social distancing.
/ Please minimise any personal belongings including coats and bags.
./ Please arrive at your appointment ontime and alone. Our waiting area will be closed for the foreseeable so we will be unable to accommodate early clients. Please wait outside until you are greeted by a member of staff.
/. You will be invited into the salon by your stylist and a member of staff will offer you anti bacterial spray before guiding you to your seat.
/. The backwash area will become a relaxing silent zone.
/. We ask that you bring your own refreshments and magazines to ensure that your experience is as enjoyable as ever.
/. We have a safe Colour Waiting Area and you may be moved to this part of the salon whilst we are waiting for your colour to process.
/. Retail products are available to purchase.
/. We offer contactless payment and will also still be taking cash for those who prefer.
/. As always, The Green will be open extended hours to accommodate all our guests.
/. As you will understand, we are extremely busy and appointments are being booked in for the remainder of the year. Rebooking is highly recommended to ensure your next appointment is at a date and time to suit your needs.
